Lansing – Michigan Government Television will carry the presentation of Governor Granholm's 2008-2009 fiscal budget live, Thursday, February 7, at 11:00 a.m. State Budget Director Robert Emerson will present the budget to a joint meeting of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees in the House Appropriations Committee Room on the third floor of the Capitol.
